A Willo alternative priced by answers, not by jobs

What you would pay each month

Per-job pricing is easy to predict when you hire one role at a time. It grows quickly for an agency with several roles open, because every open job is billed whether or not candidates are coming in.

When Willo is the better choice

  • You hire for one role at a time and it draws a lot of candidates. One job with 120 applicants is $59 on Willo Lite and $89 on our Team plan.
  • You want Willo's Real Talk check, which flags answers that look AI-generated or read from a script.
  • You need 50+ native integrations and are ready for an annual Enterprise agreement.
  • You prefer a product with years of customer reviews; AnswerReel is brand new.

When a flat monthly plan works better

  • You keep several roles open at once, as most agencies do.
  • You want AI scoring without an annual contract.
  • You want to see the candidate's exact words next to a score, so you can check it without rewatching the whole answer. Our scoring method is published in full.
  • You want candidates to answer by text or voice as well as video, and to get one AI follow-up on the questions you choose.

Moving from Willo

  1. Copy your questions across. Add one to three criteria to each one, in plain words.
  2. Let candidates who already started in Willo finish there; their links don't carry over.
  3. Send new candidates the AnswerReel link, or paste the public apply link into your job ads.
  4. Close each Willo job once its last candidate is done, so it stops counting as active.
