When you would outgrow it
The free plan fits if you expect up to 10 candidate answers a month. Paid plans add more answers, up to 5 questions per job and your own logo on candidate pages; from Team, you can also send a client a link to your shortlist.
When the month's answers are used up, you can't send new invites until the allowance resets. Candidates you already invited can still finish.
Why a free plan instead of a trial
A 7- or 14-day trial usually ends before a role does. You set it up, send invites, and the trial runs out while candidates are still answering. A free plan with a monthly allowance lets you run a real role at your own pace, and keep using it for occasional hiring without paying.
