What AI scoring means here
On every plan, each answer is scored from 1 to 5 against criteria you write, with a one-line reason for every score and the candidate's exact words for any score above 1. Nothing about faces, voices or accents goes into a score, and no score ever rejects anyone. The full scoring method is public, and the follow-up rules are too.

How the price compares
Monthly cost at three sizes, for tools that score answers with AI, show candidates no offers from the vendor, and keep videos for at least 90 days. Small is 3 open jobs, 60 answers a month and 1 user; medium is 10 jobs, 300 answers and 5 users; large is 30 jobs, 1,000 answers and 15 users.

From each vendor's pricing page, checked October 20, 2026. OneWayInterview's medium figure uses its lowest published overage price. Willo includes AI scoring only on its Enterprise plan, from $3,799 for the first year. Relax the conditions and there are cheaper options: Flowmingo's free plan costs nothing if candidates may see its brand and paid offers (it keeps the latest 300 videos for 30 days), and Equip costs less than Starter up to 38 answers a month. Questions
- What counts as an answer?
- One candidate submitting their interview, however many questions it has. Invites don't count, and neither do candidates who never submit.
- What happens when I use up my answers?
- You can't send new invites until your allowance resets each month, or until you upgrade. Candidates you already invited can still finish, and their answers are kept; we don't charge for those extra answers at the moment. To keep that predictable, each month you can send up to three times your allowance in new invites (180 on Starter).
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your billing page at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Monthly plans aren't refunded. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment.
- Can I change plans?
- Upgrades start straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades also take effect straight away; the unused time becomes credit on your next bill.
- Do candidates pay anything or see ads?
- No. Candidates never pay, never need an account, and are never shown offers or ads.
- How long are answers kept?
- 30 days on Free and 90 days on paid plans, counted from when the candidate submits. Then they are deleted automatically. The period is fixed when the candidate starts, so changing plans later doesn't change it.
- Which languages can candidates answer in?
- English for now. We're testing 9 more; each one switches on after it passes our scoring tests and a native speaker has checked our translation.
- Do prices include tax?
- No, prices exclude tax. Business customers in the EU, the UK and elsewhere can add a tax ID at checkout.
